The Plant is called "conocarpus". Historically renowned conocarpus are known as the local tree of Somalia. conocarpus was found along the coastal belt in Somalia. Since Somalia, Djibouti and Yemen are located on the same coastal strip, they see that the plants started to appear in Jubilee and Yemen too. By 1980 this tree seemed to be visible to Sudan, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Pakistan and India. Now This tree is found in Nigeria and Senegal, with more than 9 countries in Africa, 27 countries in South America, including Brazil and Cuba, and in addition to Mexico and America (Florida). This plant was brought to Kuwait in 1988. Qatar banned banned conocarpus in populated areas in 2010. Kuwait also banned the conocarpus in 2014 in cities and places where underground pipes are found.
